Each and every item is inspected prior to shipping to assure years of trouble-free service. The final procedure in our battery of quality control tests is the environmental stress chamber. Each and every display is inspected prior to shipping to assure years of trouble-free service and undergoes 36-consecutive hours of extreme temperature and water intrusion testing.

2. IP 67 rated cabinet is waterproof and corrosion resistant
Because weather is the number one culprit for damage to LED displays, our IP 67 rated weatherproofing has the highest weather protection in the industry and is surpassed only by equipment designed to operate completely underwater. Each panel is completely waterproof against submersion in up to 3 feet of water.

Older technology incorporates the use of cabinets in order to protect the LED display electronics from rain. This creates an innate problem-the cabinet must not allow rain to get inside to the electronics, while at the same time the cabinet must allow for heat created by the electronics and ambient heat to escape.

Since Ultravision no longer uses the outdated cabinet technology, we have solved a multitude of problems inherent to cabinet-designed displays. One of the problems we no longer combat is the need to effectively cool the LED display. Most LED manufacturers must use air-conditioning (HVAC) to keep their displays cool. This outdated technology greatly increases the cost of installation and performance.

Ultravision LED's displays offer complete expandability to upgrade in the future without having to replace the entire display. They are fast and easy to install with very little down-time, ensuring your electronic message is being received right away.
5. Easier maintenance and repair
Ultravision display panels are "hot swappable." Simply by removing one screw in each of the four corners of the panel, servicing the display is now much easier and faster. Since a highly-trained, highly-paid electrician or LED technician is not needed to correct a problem, it's immediately more cost effective.
6. Enhanced pixel technology (EPT) increases image capability
EPT allows image displays in the physical pitch spacing, but also has the ability to display the image in a resolution that is four-times greater. Images will be as sharp and crisp when viewed close as when viewed from a distance, and at angles.
Unlike many LED display manufacturers Ultravision LED does not mix diodes of different origin in the manufacture of our products. The key to a brilliant display is diode consistency, and most manufacturers order different diodes from different suppliers which creates patchy inconsistent color and "pink" reds and pink looking casts to the overall image.
