William Y. Hall - Founder, President and CEO
Mr. Hall has more than 15 years of experience in the digital advertising industry and he brings extensive sales, management and industry-specific experience. In 1999, Mr. Hall saw an opportunity to pursue a business model based on digital advertising. Mr. Hall formed a company named BillBoard Video and began the development of a digital advertising solution. In 2004 Entrepreneur Magazine listed BillBoard Video the 20th fastest growing company in America.

BillBoard Video installed digital advertising networks in grocery stores, drug stores, and multiple-convenience stores to verify the operation of the software, video display operations, and the narrow-casting revenues model. The installations proved that intelligent and dynamic advertising solutions are significantly more cost effective than static point-of-purchase media and other traditional advertising methods.

In June of 2004, Mr. Hall acquired Multi Media, a California manufacturer and distributor of LED signs. Multi Media was one of the foremost manufacturers of digital LED displays having designed, manufactured, and installed over half of the outdoor LED display advertising in the world.

Mr. Hall grew the combined BillBoard Video/Multi Media company from revenues of $8 million in 2004 to $27 million dollars in 2005, and the company was listed in Entrepreneur Magazine as one the 20 fastest-growing companies in the United Sates. BillBoard Video/Multi Media manufactured 70% of the LED screens in Time Square-often called spectacular LED displays.

Prior to founding BillBoard Video, Mr. Hall was Co-Founder, President, and Chief Operations Officer of Nexus Fuels, Inc., which brought the first gasoline stations to grocery store parking lots. Nexus Fuels pioneered the concept of installing video monitors on gasoline dispensers to run digital advertising for grocery products inside the grocery store to help increase same store grocery sales.
